The Amber Affair: Silky, subtle and dangerously easy to love. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Glossy pearls with deep amber hues, a full-bodied texture and a buttery, delicate flavor. Kaluga Hybrid is one of the world’s most-loved caviars for good reason, it’s rich but never overpowering. A cross between the Kaluga and Japanese sturgeon, this sustainably farm-raised sturgeon delivers a satisfying pop with a mild, balanced taste.

A Perfect Pairing:

French fries (or tots!), caviar bumps and a perfectly chilled gin gimlet. Simple. Sultry. Unapologetic.

A caviar key is included for free with purchase of a 7oz tin.
