A fishmonger, a tech product manager, and an investment banker... a roe-bust trio that came together over tasty food and joyful experiences. 

We couldn’t shake the idea that caviar deserved a fresh, more playful spotlight for everyone, from connoisseurs to first-timers.

We set out to turn this kitchen-table idea into a brand built on connection & curiosity--grounded in the firm belief that big joy can come from small delights.
